• Video intercoms (*). Exclusively available to MO subscribers, this feature is helping to revolutionize the market. It integrates the future of virtual reception directly into your condominium management.
• Robotics. Several robotic assistants support the platform's operation. These include reminders for parcel pickups at the front desk, biometric access control robots, and virtual reception assistants—all contributing significantly to streamlined administration.
• Event reservations. Users can book spaces, send invitations, and manage guest lists—often accessible online at the front desk. The system can automatically calculate necessary arrangements based on the guest list, and integrate invitations with navigation apps like Waze and Google Maps to guide guests to the property.
